EASY & HEALTHY BREAKFAST IDEAS

RECIPIES INCLUDE: Egg Muffins, yogurt and granola pots





Egg Muffins
Prep time: 5-10 minutes
Cooking time: 15-18 minutes
Serves:6 Egg Muffins

Nutrition Facts
Calories: 129
Calories from fat: 90
Total fat: 10g

Total Carbohydrates: 1g
Protein: 10g

Ingredients:
4 Free-Range eggs
1/2 cup spinach/coriander/vegetable of your choice
1/3 cup of grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C/Gas Mark 5
  2. Lay out 6 muffin cases on a baking tray
  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk/hand blender until smooth
  4. Add and combine the cheese and vegetables to the mixture
  5. Divide the mixture equally into the muffin cases
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until eggs are set
  7. Enjoy :)

They can be good for breakfast or lunch!! x

Yogurt and Granola pots
Prep time: 5-12 minutes
Total time: 5-12 minutes
Serves: 1 small pot

Total Carbohydrate: 29.5 g
Protein: 11.4 g

Ingredients:
Plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla)
Pure organic honey / strawberry jam / blended fruits etc.
Organic nut granola

Method
  1. Fill a small layer at the bottom with yogurt
  2. Fill another small layer on top of the yogurt layer
  3. Repeat step and 2 until filled (leave space at top for granola)
  4. Cover top with granola
  5. Eat straight away or leave in the fridge for later
  6. Enjoy!
